Common Questions

How long is one session?

All our sessions are 55 minutes long. If you would like to extend the session please get in touch with our team for further information.

Can I customise multiple sessions?

Yes. Once a session is booked you will receive a confirmation email from our administrator together with a list of questions where you can mention topics that you would like to cover. Each session can be customized in accordance to the need and specific topics of interest.

Can I reschedule an already booked session?

Yes. Sessions can be rebooked in accordance with the consultant's availability. This can be done via email or website request in the 'Contact Us' section and must be done no later than 24h prior to the session booking.

Do you provide refunds?

Yes. We provide full refunds for all sessions cancelled 24h prior to the session booking. Any cancellations after 24h will be subject to a 50% refund value. For more information please get in touch with us via our contact email.

Do I get a report after the session?

Yes. You will receive a full summary report which will cover all points discussed during the consultation.

Can I book an in-person session?

At the moment all our sessions are conducted online.  

Can my partner join the session?

Yes. We encourage both caregivers and parents to be present during the session so that multiple perspectives are observed.

Do you organise workshops?

Yes. We organise various workshops across multiple educational institutions. Get in touch with us via email to learn more.

Do you provide parenting courses?

Yes, we do provide parenting courses on demand. You can check availability on our website or email us.
